Commanding Officers

Commanding Officers are responsible for the training and development of all the Cadets and Staff in their Squadron.  They are responsible to ensure that all aspects of training and administration are at an acceptable standard so the best possible program is being provided to the Cadets.

Commanding Officers may also be required to address any disputes or other disciplinary issues that arise.

Due to the many responsibilities senior staff members may be appointed to the role of Commanding Officer after gaining experience with the Cadet Program and developing their own leadership abilities.
